President and Chief Executive Officer, Viacom Inc.

Philippe P. Dauman was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Viacom Inc. in September 2006 and has served on the Companys Board of Directors since 1987. Offering programming and content for television, motion pictures and digital platforms, Viacoms world-class brands include MTV Networks (MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, Comedy Central, CMT: Country Music Television, Spike TV, TV Land, Logo and more than 130 networks around the world), BET Networks, Paramount Pictures, Paramount Home Entertainment and DreamWorks.
Previously, Mr. Dauman was Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DND Capital Partners, L.L.C., a private equity firm specializing in media and telecommunications investments, from May 2000 until September 2006. Prior to co-founding DND Capital Partners, Mr. Dauman served in several positions at Viacom, including as a Deputy Chairman and Executive Vice President of Viacom Inc.
Mr. Dauman is a director of National Amusements, Inc. and Lafarge S.A., a world leader in building materials. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for The Paley Center for Media and the Deans Council of Columbia University Law School. He earned his bachelor's degree from Yale College in 1974 and his law degree from Columbia University Law School in 1978.
