Thomas DeMeo

As a director of product management within the Creative Solutions Business Unit at Adobe Systems, DeMeo is focused on the Adobe Creative Suite. He is responsible for horizontal technologies that support the entire Suite, including file management workflows, metadata, user interfaces, and application management. DeMeo’s role is to help establish the vision for the Adobe Creative Suite, identify new business and workflow opportunities and manages a team of product managers that define customer requirements . With over 15 years of high-tech experience bringing new products, services and technologies to market, DeMeo joined Adobe in 2002, starting out as a group product manager. He came to Adobe from On Command Corp., the world leader providing in-room entertainment services for the hospitality industry. As Sr. Director of Internet Services, DeMeo drove On Command’s iTV and broadband Internet connectivity service for hotel operators. Before working at On Command, he was a product line manager for start-up Be Here Corp., a firm that develops imaging technology for video conferencing and virtual tours. Earlier in his career, DeMeo worked for audio/video solutions provider Winnov as well as, Monster Cable and Bose Corporation. DeMeo is a frequent public speaker, having presented at industry forums, technology conferences, and trade shows on topics such as digital asset management and creative workflow. DeMeo graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston with a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He earned an MBA from San Jose State University.
