President, Comcast Interactive Media

Amy Banse serves as President of Comcast Interactive Media, a division of Comcast that is responsible for the development and growth of the companys Internet businesses, including the Comcast.net.
Banse, joined Comcast in 1991 as an in-house attorney responsible for programming acquisition and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Content Development, where she oversaw the companys investments in and the development of cable networks including E!, Style Network, The Golf Channel, VERSUS , G4, and Comcasts regional sports networks.
Ms. Banse serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees for Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT), and the Board of Trustees of the Morris Arboretum. In 2006, she was honored by Girls, Inc. as an outstanding role model for girls during their annual Celebration Luncheon. In 2003, Banse was named by Multichannel News as one of the Wonder Women of the cable industry, and to Broadcasting and Cable magazines Next Wave of industry leaders.
Ms. Banse, received a BA from Harvard University and a JD from Temple University Law School. She and her husband and their four children live in Philadelphia.
