Don Tapscott
Don Tapscott is an internationally sought authority, consultant, and speaker on business strategy and organizational transformation, and a recognized thought leader on the Net Generation—the transformational generation who use digital tools to develop and impose their culture and beliefs on all aspects of society, from how brands are marketed to how employees are recruited and retained.

Tapscott has authored or coauthored ten widely read books including the international bestseller Growing Up Digital: The Rise of the Net Generation and the soon to be published Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything, coauthored by Anthony Williams. His penultimate book, coauthored by David Ticoll, is The Naked Corporation: How the Age of Transparency Will Revolutionize Business. It describes how corporate transparency, accountability, and stakeholder relationships are the new frontier for competitive innovation.

Tapscott is chief executive of New Paradigm, which he founded in 1993, and adjunct professor of management, Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He holds a B.Sc. in psychology and statistics, an M.Ed. specializing in research methodology, and a Doctor of Laws (Hon) granted from the University of Alberta in 2001 and from Trent University in 2006.
