Susan is the founder and CEO of Personal Life Media, Inc. a podcasting and blog ad network with 22 shows targeted to socially conscious boomers. She is also the progenitor of the Association for Downloadable Media, an industry organization focused on providing standards for advertising and audience measurement. Susan has a big vision for the “podosphere.” Since 2005 she has hosted "DishyMix: Juicy Podcast Interviews with Famous Internet and Media People."

Her career hallmark is pioneering innovative online advertising products with @Home Network, Excite, Mailblocks, Maven Networks and now Personal Life Media. A courageous leader, Susan's experience has ranged from first revenue generation at start ups of her own and others to managing a 200+ team as SVP Sales and Marketing at Excite@Home, responsible for more than $100 million in revenue.

Susan is Chair Emeritus of ad:tech, the industry's leading digital marketing conference where she programmed over 20 global events with 4,000 speakers in 5 years. She is a sought-after speaker in the digital marketing and media industry having chaired, emceed, moderated or spoken at over 50 industry events. Susan is one of the inaugural board members of the Interactive Advertising Bureau and currently sits on the board of directors or advisors of a number of early-stage companies and industry associations such as Jingle Networks, ZEDO, Collarity, Powered and the Silicon Valley American Marketing Association.

Susan lives in Los Altos Hills, CA with her husband and daughter. She volunteers for families in need, eats sustainably from California's bounty, including the wine country, is addicted to personal growth workshops and loves Burning Man.
