Simon Wardley leads the team at Fotango an innovative software and systems development business and the creators of Zimki, the JavaScript web application platform launched in the summer of 2006. Zimki enables developers and businesses to build and deploy web apps quickly, with no up front cost and no requirement for additional development tools, hardware or hosting. Simon has worked within the software industry for a long time. He has held senior and advisory roles within large multinationals as well as several successful start-ups. He is a strong advocate of the commodisation of IT services, SaaS, Utility Computing and the Open Source movement.
