At Cisco, Michael leads the intranets user experience team that has achieved an enterprise-wide adoption of their voluntary self-service user experience system across Ciscos global intranet. Forward thinking, they are responsible for identifying business opportunities where emerging services can be applied to promote business and user efficiencies. Current investigations include use of 2.0 technologies, rich media, universal access, and network traffic to define the future of Ciscos intranet.
Prior to joining Cisco Michael directed user experience teams at Echo Alley, Razorfish and White Horse. His past consulting experience includes work with General Motors, AT&T, IBM, Disney, Sony and Vodaphone.
