Jo-Ellen F. Mathews Jo-Ellen F. Mathews and Mark Mathews are the founders of AbsoluteValue Systems, a software development services company specializing in embedded and wireless systems. They founded the company after successful careers in software development for military communications systems, commercial data storage devices, computer-aided design, and software developer training. Linux has been AbsoluteValue Software's primary focus since 1996, when the linux-wlan project began. Mark and Jo-Ellen both received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
