Steve Fink
Steve Fink works for a startup called Digital Integrity, Inc. and writes far more Perl code than is really healthy. He has a BS in computer science and psychology from Carnegie Mellon and an MS in computer science from UC Berkeley; neither school was able to beat the attraction of Perl out of Fink. He has mostly successfully evangelized Perl to numerous colleagues and coworkers. Fink has written a web server on the command line (in Perl, using IO::Socket) during a panicky demo for a large corporate client without anyone noticing. He first started learning Perl in 1993 and stopped in 2064. He does not own a cat.
