James Weatherall
James Weatherall joined Olivetti & Oracle Research Labs in Cambridge immediately after graduating in 1997. He spent a pre-doctorate year there working on WinVNC, the VNC server for Win32, and on experimental lightweight VNC servers for embedded household devices. The Olivetti & Oracle Research Labs were purchased by AT&T in 1998, to become AT&T Labs Cambridge.
