Getting Out & About

The Westin Santa Clara is within minimal driving distance of the San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland International Airports. For specific driving directions and information regarding shuttle service to the conference headquarters hotel from Bay Area airports, please refer to the Hotel/Travel page.

There is an Amtrak station in Santa Clara at Tasman Ave. and Great America Parkway, underneath the Tasman Avenue overpass. The Great America Santa Clara stop is on the Capitol Corridor route with service to and from Sacramento. There are three trains daily. 1 (800) USA-RAIL.

Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is a high-speed train serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area and the Oakland International Airport. You can take the Santa Clara County Transit to and from the Fremont BART station. (510)441-2278

Kids WorldThe Westin Santa Clara provides an entertainment package to all children staying at the hotel. Golf & Tennis

Adjacent to the Westin Santa Clara, the Santa Clara Golf & Tennis Club offers 18 holes of championship golf on a professionally-designed course by Robert Muir Graves. This upscale golf and tennis club offers more than meets the eye; additional facilites include seven lighted tennis courts, a 35-station lighted golf practice range, putting greens, and a golf pro shop. After a challenging game of golf, relax with a drink in David's Restaurant.

Guests of the Westin Santa Clara can schedule a tee time up to 14 days in advance; only seven days in advance for the general public. To schedule your tee time, you must make your reservation through the Concierge of the Westin Santa Clara at (408) 980-9515.
