BOF Request Form

BOFs will be held Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8pm to 10pm. If you're interested in moderating your own BOF, please fill out the questionnaire below. If you have any questions, please contact Vee McMillen.

1. What's the title of your BOF?

2. Please supply a short, one paragraph summary
of your BOF.

3. Please give us an estimate of the number of attendees. (This helps us put your BOF in the appropriately sized room.)

4. How long do you expect your BOF to last?

5. Which evening would you prefer to hold your BOF?

    Wednesday    Thursday    Friday

6. All BOFs have access to our standard AV equipment:
  • 300 MHz Pentium II or better
  • 128 MB RAM
  • 6 GB hard drive
  • Ethernet 100baseT twisted-pair network card
  • Sound Card
  • 15" monitor
  • Dual-boot, Linux (Redhat 6.x) and Windows NT 4 (NT will be the default OS)
  • Applications: StarOffice (Linux), MS Office 2000 with Powerpoint (NT)
